    6. PROCEED TO CHECK OUT. Make sure to review your orders before you make a payment.
    7. PLACE YOUR ORDER. Fill-out the billing and shipping details.
    8. PAYMENT METHOD. Via GCash, BPI, BDO, or PayPal.
      If using PayPal, send us your PayPal email address via Facebook Messenger at www.facebook.com/ToyKingDon and we will send you a payment request. PayPal transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge. Always choose “Family and Friends”.
    9. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION. Upload a screenshot of your payment and click Place Order.
    10. ORDER CONFIRMATION. You will receive an invoice and payment receipt via email.
  2. OVERSEAS BUYERS (paREKTA)
    1. LOG-IN.

Price DOES NOT include shipping cost from China to Overseas. There will be a separate billing for shipping once the actual cost is submitted by the forwarder.

      • Full payment required within 7 days after PH arrival notice. Failure to settle payment will result in forfeiture of item and DP.
      • Delivery is 30–45 days upon actual release of the item by the Studio.
      • DP is refundable only when the Studio cancels the project.
    2. BACK-ORDER
      • 50% DP is required to purchase the item. Non-refundable.
      • Full payment required within 7 days after PH arrival notice. Failure to settle payment will result in forfeiture of item and DP.
      • Delivery is 30–45 days upon actual release of the item by the Studio.
    3. IN-STOCK
      • Full payment is needed prior to delivery.
  2. OVERSEAS BUYERS (paREKTA)
    1. PRE-ORDER

      • Delivery is 30–45 days via sea freight, or 7–10 days via air freight.
      • DP is refundable only when the Studio cancels the project.
    2. BACK-ORDER
      • Full payment is required to purchase the item.
      • Actual cost of shipping shall be determined once the forwarder in China receives the item.
      • Inspection of the item will be done and pictures will be sent to you.
      • Full payment of shipping cost is needed prior to shipment.
      • Delivery is 30–45 days via sea freight, or 7–10 days via air freight.
  3. IN CASE OF ITEM DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL (PH BUYERS)
    • FULL RESTORATION – c/o TKD Studio, FREE of CHARGE.
    • STORE CREDIT – May be exchanged to any available item equivalent to the purchase price.
    • FULL REPLACEMENT – Buyer should be willing to wait for the arrival of a new stock (30–45 days).
    • FULL REFUND – ALL items are insured. 100% money back guarantee.
    • LIFETIME WARRANTY/RESTORATION – For resins purchased from TKD, future restorations (e.g., paint chips, breaks, cracks — excluding electrical) are FREE of CHARGE, provided that resin moulding/recasting is not needed. Shipping at buyer’s expense.
  4. IN CASE OF ITEM DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL (OVERSEAS BUYERS)
    • FULL RESTORATION – c/o TKD Studio, FREE of CHARGE. Shipping at buyer’s expense.
    • LIFETIME WARRANTY/RESTORATION – For resins purchased from TKD, future restorations (e.g., paint chips, breaks, cracks — excluding electrical) are FREE of CHARGE, provided that resin moulding/recasting is not needed. Shipping at buyer’s expense.
  5. DISCLAIMER

    Resin statues are fragile and prone to breakage during shipping and handling. Damages as a result of shipping and logistics, studio quality issues, and misassembly should not be construed as failure of Toy KingDon to deliver its products and services.

    The buyer, upon ordering, agrees and understands that they bear these risks. In such cases, we shall assist the buyer in informing the Studio involved and determining possible resolution.
